Hiya buddy
I'd love to help but I cheated and bought all my stuff from leisure trail , I don't remember seeing two seals on the parts fiche & just ordered the one listed also the oem base gasket doesn't have sealing compound on it & I didn't use it I just oiled the gasket like I always have .
I know not a lot of help sorry but then at least you have a reply !
Ohhh and mines a mk2 btw

Sounds like someone might have sneaked a non OEM seal in there. If the 10 mm worked OK and didn't protrude anywhere the 9mm should be OK.
If possible measure the thickness of the existing base gasket against the new ones.
Those kits are sometimes multi bike generic type kits rather than specific.
+1 to Jompy,

Has anyone got the sizes of the crankseals to hand. I have had a look at the FAQ but could not find them.
I would like to try some Vitron ones.
