I have a MK3 which has been off the road for 3 years due to a bent frame and poss forks/front wheel after a commuting accident.
I wish to get the bike back up and running and am looking for any tips or helpful advise on removing the engine/wiring loom and putting it all in a new frame.
Bike was running well prior accident and whilst it has been written off I have been advised that with the same engine number and frame I can get it certified again.
all help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

It's also worth checking the efficacy of the current rings/piston, unless you're confident that the current ones are good to go.
Wheels crop up from time to time, but you have to be quick

Forks are also available, have you researched having yours repaired?

, as for some reason they don't hang around long

the wheel issue appears to be getting worse due to collectors
before you buy get the tyre off and check for corrosion they rot from the inside out
