I've got coolent dribbling from the back left hand cylynder head nut, is it a really bad sign or should I just replace the gasket and returque it all up?
it's running fine...should I fix it soon?

get a new gasket and torque it back up, if its the base gasket, u'll need to replace the head gasket as well. best do it soon cos u dont want it to overheat and cause more damage. its an easy job
