Honda Piston Kits

For the AR Honda list 3 different piston kits:
AH PISTON COMP,A (13101-KAE-770)
AH PISTON COMP,B (13102-KAE-770)
AH PISTON COMP,C (13103-KAE-770)
What is the difference between the kits? Does it refer to whether the cylinder is an A, B or C cylinder?
Also do honda piston kits come with the piston pin and little end bearing?
