HI, I've just replaced my wheel bearings and steering head bearings, everything went brilliantly until I put it all back together.
I've forgotten the route the clutch cable takes around the yokes etc. or at least now it pulls the clutch in on right lock. Does anybody know where it should be routed/have a photo?

View from the top, it is routed through a small eyelet thingy which is welded to the frame

Fits in fairly snug behid the horn mount and down the side of the Radiator

Hi simon , I see you have a new toy , (digital camera)..
As in your photo i see you have the same problem as me with the engine side casings , the surface looks like its turning to dust ,, Do you have any ideas on how to smarten this up or do you think it would sandblast a hole straight throught the casing..Would they paint ok , like gold for the ar model??

I am just waiting for my supermoto wheels to come back from the engineers then its a full stripown to smarten it up, I am going to clean up the motor as best I can then Spray it up and seal it.

iv`e thought of doing the same to my casings. had a good look and i think a fine wet and dry should do the trick.mine are not bad but its a case of removing the old laquer and getting them smooth.im not sure on the correct gold paint though,maybe someone on here has already done it.would look good though.

had mine powder coated on my crm 125 and they come out fine
