How to Adjust chain on crm250r 1993

Hey guys just a quick one, how do you adjust chain on the CRM250RR 1993? ive checked posts in technical but have not found anything

30-40mm with the bike on it's side stand.

I always sit on the bike and make sure it still has some slack. For me I would rather a bit loose than too tight as too tight kills output shaft bearings.
