AR jet sizes

The CRM supermoto conversion is now finished and I took it out for the first time to see what the bike is like to ride. It handles well but the suspension needs fettling at some point as its a bit soft. I will try some heavier oil.

Main concern is the fuelling, it's all over the show. I will do a plug chop today to see where I am with the main jet. Does anyone have any idea what the standard settings are?

Need

Pilot and main jet size and also the needle settings

All the best

If you need a parts manual I can email you one I formatted into a word document

As its in word format, so easy to zoom in on all pages to read in details.

30 copies emailed so far.................must be ok.

That would be really useful,

I have done the plug chop on the bike but the mixture looks OK, biscuit brown/boderline running lean so I am at a bit of a loss of why it is behaving the way it is. I have not had the carb off the bike as yet so there could be all sort of jets/settings it there.

I will put in a fresh pilot jet in give it a good clean and put it all back to standard and see where I go from there

I have spoken to leisure trail this afternoon, it may be it is the character of the engine using the active radicals when it is not sparking using the plug.

When I am on part throttle it is mis firing and off the throttle and going down the rev range it is firing and 'four stroking' It feels like it is running rich but I am used to two stroke twins of the yamaha variety which are really smooth on a part throttle when jetted correctly. It all seems a bit agricultural and the middle of the rev range seems a bit rough.

It is fine on full throttle so the main jet must be ok and it ticks over nicely which would indicate the pilot jet is fine so it may be the needle jet.
