Today was Too Nice
It was too nice today to not go for a trail ride.
A bit icy in places but warmer than Saturday.
It's also an excuse to test the new photo capability of the site.
I can't seem to link to photoshop but I''l keep trying so I've attached these

On top of the Moel Famau.
Is there a way to link to photobucket so that a stream of photos can be shown without actually attaching to the post?

Re: Today was Too Nice
Remove the [IMG] tags at each end and you are there!
Or just select the words 'Direct Link' under the appropriate photo and the popup 'copied' will appear and you can then use the 'paste' command to paste this where you want it.

Re: Today was Too Nice
Ed - I'm confused. How did you get the photo to appear without making it a file attachment?

Re: Today was Too Nice
It's linked to photobucket.
The photos are in my album on photobucket and have 4 boxes underneath them.
I copied the img one into my post. I had tried it before and it did not work.
The admin suggested changing bbcode so I found a box in my settings on this site and ticked it.
I am really sure that someone can make a better job of explaining how to do this than me
If you have a photobucket account do a few test posts coping in links, It is the bottom box that you need to copy.

Induvidualy copy the "img" (bottom) link from photobucket into the page you are writing, and has Admin has said, enable bbcode firstknackeredMk1 wrote:Ed - I'm confused. How did you get the photo to appear without making it a file attachment?
Sorted
Re: Today was Too Nice
To enable BBCODE :- Click "user control panel(top right), then click board preference, then click edit posting defaults, then tick the yes box to enable BBCODE Then it's just cut and paste the IMG link from photobucket to the message box
