Re: Water Impeller Removal
Thanks,
I will have to lock the back wheel and try again tomorow, there was no rust and I m pretty sure no one has been in the engine and been at the clutch, it looked like the nut on the end of the output shaft was painted with some sort of sealant to stop it corroding (I asume)
All the best

What type of NSR Wheels have you got, I have a set of 17\" wheels that I could check for you?
Glad the Supermoto conversion is back on

You have what looks liks a Mark 2, a quick way to tell is if the 2 stroke oil goes in the frame it is a mk2, if not it is a mk3, there is a bit of a cult following of the crm's in japan, do a search on google, you will find details of the 'ghosts garage' that is a good place to start.

Looks superb, I particularly like the Acerbis fork protectors at the top part of the forks, looks like a lot of time has been spent on that one!

Measured up the back wheel, I am having 4mm taken off the disc carrier this will bring the disc back to the centre of the Caliper, I have also started to alter the bodywork.
I know styling is very much a personal taste, an everyone has thier own ideas of how a bike should look.
I am going to fit ...
