Re: CRANK ORING 91354-KAE-000
It sits in the groove of the crankshaft in front of the bearing (clutch cover side of bearing)

Re: Bearing part number 91003KAE871
That's the crankcase gasket that seals the 2 halves of the case, not sure why it's drawn like it's 2 pieces :/

Re: Bearing part number 91003KAE871
Discontinued and a dodgy size. I think ntn might do one though in the correct size (24x56x15---- sc05a86) if not use Honda 91001-ML3-873 24x56x14 + 1 x 90452-KSR-A00 24x32x1mm washer on the input shaft

Re: Had my crm ar for 10 years! Never missed a beat until now!
My cylinder came off without removing any engine bolts or the exhaust studs, doesn't mention this in the manual either, so that's a bit weird. I've seen the wossner 66.4mm piston about for quite a while now, other members on Facebook have used them, although I think they are relatively recent additi...

Re: Had my crm ar for 10 years! Never missed a beat until now!
Should still run and rev with 110 psi. Was the test done with the throttle fully open? How does it not rev? Bogging? The score doesn't look too bad, I've had bikes which looks far worse up there and run half decent. What's the rings look like further up the piston? Might be worth checking vacuum pip...

Re: Fresh MK3 build
If you want the ability to mount the clocks and ignition barrel why don't you modify the original yokes? Give them to a local engineering firm to sort them for you. The expansion bottle bolts to the left radiator on the mk3 Lots on hondas share the same side stand switch too. You don't actually need...

Did you end up painting it? You must've inspired me, as I've just painted mine if you painted it which paint did you use/get it from?

Re: Rear Sprocket Bolt Sizes?
Plenty on ebay, (honda sprocket bolts/ cw nuts) they're m8x1.25 thread, depends on the sprocket you're running too, as some are countersunk some have flat base

Re: Best Sprocket Combo?
Not sure on sprocket sizes to be honest, I read on a Japanese site you can remove the noise reduction program (which is first 3 gears I believe) by cutting a wire to the pgm, maybe that'll increase hp in the lower gears? Think it just reduces valve lift, seems to work on AR models :) If you don't wa...

Re: AR Workshop Manual ?
Hi Steve, If you download Adobe acrobat I can send you a copy or I think there's one on the Facebook crm 250 page. Regarding running issue, are you running the original front pipe? As I think some aftermarket exhausts can cause the issue you're describing, as mentioned by people on the Facebook page...

It'll just be blocked internally then.
Regarding exhaust, cgh imports import pro circuit exhausts, and they do one for the mk3, but last time I checked their site is down.. couple of silencer options too
