Yes. when you move the PV with hand it opens and close. When i remove the exhaust and run the engine i can t see it because the gas hit me in the eyes

Is there any possibility that the engine has a limiter? Mine does not wheelie with 1st or 2nd gear.

I try it with out the end can and does the same. I cant figure out if the main can of the exhaust is full of oil... how i will figure it out?

for 2T engine it has much compression. and it works very smooth... but when it goes around the half RPM something holds it....

I have the carburetor in my hands and with the first chance i will clean it to be sure that the problem is not from that. I will change the pilot jet. What is the number of the jet that i will buy?

i hope that the problem is that. do you have any idea when you measure with the stroboscope and you raise the rpm the light must go to the left?
