This is unlikely to affect me, but I wholeheartedly support the rights of individuals to have vehicular access, and will add my letter to those sent. Whether a Norfolk postmarked will be noticed is another matter!

As with any vehicle, condition is everything! Age, mileage, and even history can be unimportant.
The only hurry is a financial one. Car insurance is due next month, and rather than cough up a fortune for that I'm considering a bike. Again. :)
