The 110/100 18 is 110mm wide ( 11cm if your a girl ) and the 100 is a % ratio of the hieght of the tyre compared to the width, and the 18 is to fit an 18 inch wheel. so the 120/80 18 is 120mm wide and 80% of that tall making it a lower profile tyre to the 110/100 so the one you have ...
