There is a cuboid electronics box 60 x 35 x 20mm that is mounted on the upper right hand fork leg/yoke with a white 4 pin plug and a black 4 pin plug entering on the bottom side by side. I'm not sure how to post photos on here.

Well, I had a look last night and it's definitely the relay that's up the swanny. The side that controls the oil light is fine, but the side that controls the water temp is always powered, whether or not the sensor wire is earthed. I know it's not a standard relay, it appears to have some ...

Well thanks to knackeredmk1 I now have a working powervalve :D I've fitted new headstock bearings (much easier than expected)

Well the PV motor turns when you apply power. the PV itsself turns freely, the POT behaves as it should when threatened with an ohmmeter and the bowden cables are free and unfrayed. I'm not 100% that it is the controller but having taken it off the bike it has obviously ...
