You have to get it specially mixed by a paint supplier to match - I can supply a large aerosol can for £20 delivered in the UK.

You are probably better off remaking this part of the loom, it only goes as far as a connector by the ecu. Just the front ones. They should be half lit all the time, and fully lit whilst flashing - the flasher relay has 4 separate feeds, the fronts via a zener and bleed resistor no doubt. BB.
