Looks good ,assemble with a good quality graphite grease and all will be okay. For real peace of mind drill the arm and put a grease nipple in.

Hello not been on for awhile since being put on short time, more chances to take out the CRM,been running realy well though. now its sorted just hope i can hang onto it till things get better.It would be areal shame if i have to let her go. .

If the tickover is taking a while to settle it may be dragging air in around the reed blocks or inlet rubbers .Try getting the bike warm and upright on a stand spray engine start (ether) around these areas any change in engine revs shows an air leak,,.

I am still finding the gearing a bit high I was thinking about buying a 12 T front just to try out, it will give the same ratio as a 49 T rear ,I know it will rub the swing arm protector a bit more.As a sprocket is less than a tenner if i dont like it ah well., saved me buying a new 13 48 and chain ...

Hi and welcome the noise could be from the drive chain clattering check the guide on the swingarm just behind the front sprocket is not worn out. I think the AR has the shark fin type as fitted standard. ANother idea it could be the power valve rattlle as mine does and is most noisy when closing the ...
