Mysterious part...

Anyone ever get it where they set out to do a job, do it, start to put the bike back together and find a part they don't remember taking off?

Any ideas what this is?

It could possibly not be from the CRM, my garage is a tip.. But I don't recall it being there/here/seeing it before!!

Re: Lights misbehaving + engine cut out - electrics?

Found out another guy at my college owns a CRM - albeit a MKII - since he doesn't ride it on the road he let me blag his rectifier just to check if that was the problem before I started troubleshooting - as it turns out, it was - got an Electrexworld one - had the fun old job of fitting it - but now ...

Lights misbehaving + engine cut out - electrics?

Hi there

Yesterday had some trouble with the crm - stuck in deadly deadly impenetrable traffic, the lights sort of flickered a bit then went considerably more dim - but would periodically flicker brighter again. Went on my merry (was well lit where I was stuck..), went to the gym and that, came ...

Re: Places to ride in Hampshire ??

What's the protocol with Ken's farm? Four marks is just down the road from me - know a lot of offroading is done in the woods near telegraph lane, not so sure how legal it is if at all though. Should probably join the TRF, unless some kind soul felt like filling me in on my local green lanes.. ahem!

Re: Even more of a newb, with even more newbish questions!

Thanks - that's great! Had a go - first attempt was a wimpy pitiful kick... if she were able, she'd have sniggered at me at this point.. Second time she fired up great! Is there some knack to positioning yourself to do this? I found I could only do it standing on the pegs - and I'm pretty tall ...

Even more of a newb, with even more newbish questions!

Hi all

Picked up a pretty good nick MK1 CRM today - will post pics at some point

Only thing is, this is my first two stroke, first offroader, and first bike with a kickstart. Matey who sold it to me showed me vaguely how starting it was done, but I must confess, I have now completely forgotten ...
